Safe Space travel LoL. 2:23 Dude, global warming is why. And it's hotter than Venus! duh. I was playing sudden strike 4 the other day and it made me want a dune 2000 remake so bad. Anything DUNE is great! Having started my love of Sci Fi 65 yeRs ago. Dune is just amazing and I will support any version. I watch and read them over and over. Just a pleasure seeing it on the big screen. I just watched another Dune. As well as it was portrayed THIS was the better of the 2. Much more like the book.

Who is excited to see Timothée in dune. This ( 1:58 ) is surely the most beautiful woman and the best trailer I have ever seen. Lynch- the God of trailers. I'm excited to see what Villeneuve will make out of this. Can't wait to see the movie. Question: Is the person voicing over the intro in this version the same guy that voices over the Homeworld 2 cut-scenes? I am 100% convinced but I cant find a name match. I have to thank you again, you and your work made me finally finish the Dune saga after 14 years. And I also reread the first three Novels, that I had finished that 14 years ago. This was so worth my view 😂. Thank you! D. I read Frank Herbert's fist 3 books years ago and loved them! I hope the film adaptation adheres well with the books! Can't wait to see the film.

Hmm, I might start reading once I finish up GoT

I tried it. I got halfway through the first book but, damn, is it long! Any book that requires a glossary and map is an intense affair. Outstanding edition of one of my favourite films. Such a strong cast in the massively underrated movie. Have always luved this film such a classic and the music is spectacular. Of COURSE Patrick Stewart had never heard of Sting! He was locked in a Yorkshire cellar for 35 years!😆. The music score, costumes and general tone of this movie where amazing at the time. Very under appreciated movie cause it didn't follow the books accurately. I remember seeing this in the theaters, not expecting much. I was high on weed that day, and that whole intro with the princess and that beautiful synth score in the background, explaining the qualities of the mind expanding spice and its political effects on the universe blew my mind.

Technically, they don't fold space, but the navigators calculate astro-navigation maths. The ship engines fold space.
